EMERIL's BBQ SHRIMP probably change

A. Shrimp qty = 1 1/2 lbs.

B. Creole Seasoning - what is this?

C. 2 Teaspoons O.Oil - is this correct qty??

D. Shrimp Stock? Do we give recipe here or how / where will they get this? Can chicken stock be substituted??

BISCUITS -

E. 1/2 Teaspoon salt

f. 1/2 C Buttermilk (more as necessary)
