This is a wonderful dish and one of my favorites - easy to prepare and divine to serve.

Still, I wish the sauce in this dish was a little more obvious, but the ingredients are all wonderful and very clearly 'involved'.

I would add a quantity to the Andouille Sausage, say 1/2 lb. - which is what we added to this.
