I like the photo but wouldn't object to one with the name of a company (i.e., Leidenheimer's or other)

Sassafras? What ? Where does one get this??

Buerre blanc.......

and... Chuffed about our sauces??

Also, locals often pour sauce(s) into the heel of the bread and enjoy like a popsicle!
